That's why Baldwin County Schools has teamed up with the Georgia Department of Education to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to eligible employees and their families. The EAP provides a straightforward approach to reducing stress during difficult times. The EAP is available 24/7 year round. The service includes:

  • Up to 4 free counseling sessions per issue, per year with a licensed professional counselor 
  • Free 30-minute consult with an experienced attorney with reduced fees for additional time and services
  • Free 30 minute consult with a financial professional with reduced fees for additional time and services
  • Referrals to available care and resources for your loved ones
  • Assistance finding services for such daily life issues as home repairs, moving, pet care and travel planning

Counseling Support


Helps address stress, relationship, or other personal issues you or your family members may face. It’s staffed by certified professionals who listen to concerns and quickly make referrals to licensed counselors or other valuable resources.

  • Employees and their dependents have access to speak with a counselor 24/7/365 for immediate support by calling (866) 279-5177.
  • Up to 4 counseling sessions, per issue, are available.

Work / Life Balance Services


Provides support for help with balancing the demands of home, family, and the workplace.  Specialists answer questions and put employees in touch with outside resources.  Topics may include:
